Conference fees:

Conference fees include free use of the facilities of the Workshop premises, coffee breaks, a booklet of abstracts of graphic summary, a reception party, an excursion tour, and a banquet.

Insurance:

Neither travel insurance nor medical, accident or liability insurance is included in the registration fees. The APCTCC7 participants should make sure that they are fully insured from their home institution.

Method of payment:

  1. By credit card, visa,master, and JCB. Note that credit card only, no debit card.   Go to Login

  3. Cash on site. New Taiwan Dollars only.

Cancellation of registration:

Cancellation must be made in writing (letter, fax or email). No fees will be refunded after December, 31, 2015. A processing fee of 1500NTD will be deducted from all refunds.

Abstract Submission and Deadlines:

After October 18, 2015, the presentations will mainly be accepted as posters.

The abstract submission is closed on Dec. 28.

Please observe the following guidelines:

  • We accept abstracts in PDF format only.
  • The language of the abstracts is English.
  • The abstract has two parts: 1. Graphic summary and 2. Full abstract.
  • The full abstract should fit on one A4 page (210 x 297 mm).
  • Please use Times New Roman 12 point font.
  • Please follow the layout and instructions below.

Abstracts can be prepared according to the provided templates and submit it on line which will be available soon.

The graphic summary is to be printed in the abstract book in black-and-white for your reference during the conference.
The full abstract will be available in color on the website.
